Renter Rules for Hookhubbers

Help us keep each space clean and in good condition. Please park only in your designated area, avoid restricted zones, and leave the space as you found it.

Your safety is our priority. Be mindful of emergency exits and procedures on each property, and follow any additional safety guidelines provided by your host.

Be courteous to your host, fellow Hookhubbers, and any nearby neighbors. If there are quiet hours, please respect them and keep noise to a minimum. Remember to follow any host guidelines and respect their land.

Please use amenities responsibly. Follow any rules about water, electricity, and waste disposal. Open fires are only permitted if specified by the host. Remember to follow any host guidelines. If you do not comply with checkout times or host guidelines you may be towed at the hosts' request and removed off the property at the renter's expense.

Stick to the check-in and check-out times agreed upon with your host. If plans change, notify your host promptly to help them accommodate.

As a guest, you’re expected to comply with all local regulations and respect any extra house rules your host may have.

By renting on Hookhub, you agree to comply with our terms and policies, which are outlined in our Terms of Service. Hookhub reserves the right to enforce these terms at its sole discretion. Should there be repeated or severe violations, Hookhub may suspend or permanently deactivate a user's account.To safeguard our community and uphold the integrity of our platform, the following actions are strictly prohibited: Taking transactions off the Hookhub platform for new, partial, or future bookings, Initiating contact with potential users before booking on Hookhub with the intention of moving the transaction off the platform (e.g., offering incentives to book off Hookhub), Requesting users to complete forms, make phone calls, send emails, or use non-Hookhub communication channels before confirming booking requests., Cancelling confirmed bookings and requesting users to rebook off Hookhub and Under no circumstances are you permitted to add additional fees onto the booking after-the-fact or any additional payments outside of the Hookhub booking.
