We enjoyed our stay at GreatSky. The location was perfect for me since I was traveling to Show Low and Snowflake during my stay. My wife loved the fresh Eggs and my 7 year old enjoyed the cute baby goats & chick's. Kim was very friendly.

We parked in space 3. We loved that it looked out over a small meadow. It was absolutely perfect for us, and although there was no sewer hook up, we were warned in advance by Alejandro (just to be sure it would not be a problem) which I thought was very thoughtful. It was not a problem for us at all.
The one negative was the dump station. It's elevated which made it difficult to use due to lack of gravity flow. But that will in no way deter us from staying with you again if you'll have us.

RV parking in Arizona: what to know
Yes. Long-term RV stays are common and legal in Arizona. Rules can vary by location and property type, so hosts are responsible for making sure their property is eligible for the type of RV stay they offer. Hookhub helps connect renters with properties offering long-term RV parking throughout Arizona.
Prices vary by city, season, site size, hookups, and included utilities. Compare the complete monthly price—including electricity and other fees—on each listing rather than relying on a statewide estimate.
Availability changes as spaces are listed and booked. HookHub commonly has options around Queen Creek, Kingman, Salome, Casa Grande, and White Mountains communities; use the live city links and dates on this page for current choices.
Snowbird season generally runs from October through April, with strongest demand during the middle of winter. Search several months ahead when you need a particular city, monthly rate, or hookup configuration.
Some include electric, water, and sewer, while others offer partial hookups or dry parking. Check the listing for amperage, utility fees, sewer setup, and whether services are shared.
Many hosts accept extended winter reservations, but maximum stay length and availability vary. Enter your full date range, select Monthly, and confirm the host and local rules allow the requested stay.
Confirm electrical amperage, air-conditioning needs, afternoon shade, water access, and electricity charges. Higher-elevation communities can be a better fit for travelers trying to avoid extreme desert heat.
Choose a stay type and dates, search the live listings, review the site dimensions and amenities, then select a space. Instant Book listings can be confirmed immediately; other listings require host approval.
Winter availability is limited—search early for the best choice of monthly Arizona spaces.
